AFTERNOON TEA!
Over the last few years afternoon tea has become very popular, or maybe I'm just now at an age where I can appreciate it a lot more. I've had a few weddings recently where they've had afternoon tea as their meal, and I love the idea! Take a look at Courtney & Luis's wedding day at Town hall to see what a beautiful day they had.
Courtney & Luis went for some very neutral tones with the whites and the greens which you can find in the style of the bouquets, the cake and table decorations. Courtney was wearing a beautiful wedding dress from Shades of White based in St Ives. Brides if you are planning to have a dress like this then don't forget to buy a crochet hook, this will make a huge difference and make it so much easier after having all your nails done. Now getting back to the Town Hall, I Love how they decorated the venue with all the empty spirt bottles being used as a vase, its very effective way of choosing your table names. Lou Bear is great at putting together such a great setup in any space and highly recommend you getting in touch with her. A lot of the stationary was made by Luis (the groom) who also runs his own business, so highly recommend LCM Graphics if you are looking for stationary pieces.
With so many great spaces so close to the Town hall you have so much choice for the couple shots, with the cobbled street opposite and the river just a short walk, or if you hired a car then they can give you a lift round so you can enjoy it some more, plus its great for photos too.
